The bathroom is not to shared with the hosts. Room no. 2 is equipped with a kitchenette; room no. 1 with a refridgerator. Parking is freely available. Public transport is very close to us (bus and subway to the city in about 15 min). They have a wardrobe, armchair, table with chairs as well as TV and radio alarm clock. In room no. 1 (WE.000110) are two beds and a washbasin; room no. 2 (WE.000262) is a 150 cm wide double bed and additionally a single-kitchenette with refrigerator, electric stove and sink. Coffe and tea can be prepared in our rooms at any time free of charge. Bed linen, towels and bathrobe are in the rooms; our washing machine could be used. Both rooms together are suitable for families. We cannot accept any animals (allergy). Breakfast could be prepared (4,00 Euro). descrizione esterni Our spacious private one-family-house is situated at a quiet private lane, about 50m back from Clayallee. There is a separate entrance for our guests. Around our house is a beautiful garden with a bench and green lawn which could be used by our guests. The guest rooms are in the new part of our house (built in the year 2000). The rooms have got wide windows to the south looking into the garden. You can park your car free of charge at the Clayallee. Only 900m to the US-Konsulate. descrizione della posizione Our house is in a quiet place near Zehlendorf city in the soutwestern part of Berlin. Shops, banks, restaurants etc. are within walking distance. The Dahlem University Institutes - TU Technische Universität and the Emil-von-Behring-Hospital (Oskar-Helene-Heim) are also not far. To the S-train-station Zehlendorf and the subway-station Oskar-Helene-Heim it is only 800 m, where you can go by several bus lines. In about 20 min. you can go by public transport to Potsdamer Platz, Kurfuerstendamm (the famous Ku'damm), the KaDeWe department store or in about 30 min. to the main train station Bahnhof Zoo. tempo libero Our hous is situated in the 'green' southwestern part of Berlin. The Grunewald forest, the lakes Krumme Lanke and Schlachtensee can be reached in about 10 min. by bus; Lake Wannsee in about 10 min by S-Bahn. Zehlendorf city with cinemas and various restaurants is within 10 min. walking distance. Potsdam with it's manyfold tourist attractions (castle of Sancoussi, film centre Babelsberg etc.) is within 20 min. by local express train.
