sehr schöne wohnung, grosszügig mit viel charme!
sehr nette und hilfsbereite betreuung.
zu bemängeln gibt es kleinigkeiten: bettwäsche, fleckige küchenoberfläche, kaputter vorhang im bad.
wir haben es genossen! |

...auch im App. 2 geräumig Platz, diesmal war es vor dem Bescheid geben zu warm. Konnten diesmal die nähere Umgebung "unsicher" machen. Die nahe Lage zum Prenzl.berg sowie Oranienburgerstr. sind zur Not problemlos auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Nächstes Jahr wieder. |

...kann man schon aus den vorigen Ausführungen ersehen. Küche? Waren meist auswärts. Bad hatte zum Glück zwei Vorhänge an der Badewanne, einen normalen, einen zweiten zum Fenster, welches direkt neben der Wanne war. Die Fussbodenheizung war etwas kühl im Schlafzimmer, bei fehlender zusätzlicher Decke hart an der Grenze zum frieren. Spitzenmäßig der Platz und Wlan im Appartment. |

Die Lage der Wohnung (nach Stadtmitte und Richtung Potsdam gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel) ist perfekt. Der Kiez ist spannend und lädt zum Verweilen und zum Erkunden ein.
Die "unmittelbare Umgebung" (Restaurant Maxwell) ist im Winter auszuhalten. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten. Die Ausstattung der Küche und die des Bades ist karg. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind bei längerem Aufenthalt sehr unbequem. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren gestopft und fleckig. |

Very nice 1 bdrm apt. Good location, easy access to S and U bahn and trams. The apt. had a list of useful places such as cafes and emergency services along with a 'hip' Berlin book which was very helpful as the area is filled with nice 'hidden' places. You have to take time to walk around the neighborhood to truly enjoy it.
My only complaint is small, the bathroom had no soap. After a long trip and wanting to take a shower, we had to find the supermarket to buy some soap. So bring your own shampoo and soap! They provided towels however. |

Eine sehr schön gelegene, hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung.
Es ist relativ ruhig, die Fenster schließen sehr gut, dann ist es sehr still. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Küche, geräumigen Bad, gemütlichem Wohnbereich und großzügigem Schlafzimmer, mach eine Berlinaufenthalt zu einem schönen Erlebnis.

Wohnung in der Josty Brauerei war echt klasse. Riesengroß und vor allem total ruhig. Und das obwohl sie ziemlich zentral lag. Nur 2 Minuten zur nächsten Straßenbahn. Hat sich echt gelohnt, jederzeit wieder. |

This was a very nice and comfortable apartment in a relatively quiet part of town. There was easy access to the U and S Bahn stations. Nordbahnhof is the closest, and Rosenthaler Platz was also pretty convenient. There is a very large grocery store about a block away, and a few restaurants in the area. For more dining options, the restaurants of Oranienberger Strasse were about a 15 minute walk away.
I do recommend it, but I also think there are a couple of things people should know before booking it.
The apartments are overlooking a courtyard that hosts a restaurant. Because of the echo effect from the courtyard walls, the noise from the restaurant guests can be a little loud at times. It wasn't overly bothersome to us, but might have been if our normal bedtime wasn't as late as it was.
Also, there is no elevator to the apartment. Again, not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind if you happen to have a physical condition that makes climbing stairs difficult.
Finally, there is no laundry in the building, but there is a laundramat on Torstrasse, about a ten minute walk away. |

We enyoed the stay, apartmant is very nice special for 2 people (for more I think it will be to crowded). The neiborghood is terrific for visiting the town. Hope we will back!!!!!! |

Everything was ok. We found all we needed for a 3- days stay. The restaurant people were very quiet. We enjoyed our visit to Berlin very much. |
