Is this your first time with us? Then may I wish you an extra special welcome! If you want to find affordable accommodation… Voila! It's possible here! We offer genuine alternatives to expensive accommodation. And now we offer even more. Now everyone can find a cheap bed here whether a business traveller, tourist, company guests, parents,travelling mechanics… everyone! How do I find a room here? You have two possibilities:

	1. You KNOW already WHEN you want to travel: It is very simple: Enter your journey and departure date into the yellow fields under room search on the right, and select your region. After clicking the button SEARCH you'll see a list of available accommodations. In the list you receive the basic information about the individual items.
	2. You DO NOT yet KNOW exactly WHEN you want to travel: Select your destination and click SEARCH. You'll receive a list of all accommodations in this region. Then you may plan your trip with the availabilty calendar of your chosen item.
	3. Start the Search: To search our database and see the results just start searching now.

And how does it continue?

	Details leads you to the further description of the item.
	Guestbook shows you how much other guests liked us or the chosen item.
	Availability Calendar shows you whether specific days are available. Unavailable days are shown in red. Available days are green.
	Reserve shows you all the details of the item and leads you to the room selection.
	Check availability validates the dates of your jouney and shows you, which of the selected items are available to book at the particular time.
	Calculate prices & book leads you to our booking server where you can see your individual price and enter your contact details to finish the booking part of the booking process.

To protect you against abuse and to give you and the landlord security we need written confirmation of your reservation by fax or a deposit by credit card. We allow sufficient time to send the fax (up to approx. 10:00am the following day). If you do not own fax equipment you may also use a scanner to send the signed booking confirmation by email. Or there may also be the possibility to send the booking confirmation from a Copy-Shop or an office - possibly your work place. You can obviously also sent it by post. Please notify us by email in the event that the confirmation will not arrive by 10:00am the following day. You see, it is very simple - just have a look around - you can't do anything wrong you can stop at any time without any consequences. An booking is only confirmed once you send your signed reservation confirmation to us, or if you make a credit card deposit with our secure server. Even then there are still many cancellation methods and generous time to do so (see Terms and Conditions for tenants).
